Specced into bleeds on everything except for rising wind where I made it heal on crit. Just keep stacking bleeds and then using Rising Wind to heal + flow + proc galeforce. Finished it off with r3 ult crit. Was level 30 + solid gear and had spent all my black marks on tomes for him. This was on Heroic, so probably easier on lower difficulties. .
